Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Intern to support student outreach, feedback collection, and data validation activities. The intern will interact with students and faculty members, gather insights from the ground, and assist in maintaining accurate student and placement records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic outreach to students and faculty members.
- Collect feedback and understand student/faculty experiences and challenges.
- Validate and update placement-related student data.
- Contact placed students for outcome tracking and verification.
- Support outreach activities related to NFS and other student programs.
- Maintain accurate call records and generate periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
