Responsibilities
People/Delivery
Build
Lead, mentor, review code for 15+ devs
Sprint planning, task allocation, delivery ownership
Tech POC for stakeholders/management
Identify skill gaps, drive upskilling
End-to-end scalable full stack apps
Database architecture (schema, indexing, scaling)
Microservices, API docs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Clean Architecture, SOLID, design patterns
Infra/DevOps
Own CI/CD pipelines
Docker deployment & monitoring
VPS management
AWS/Azure hosting & scaling
Must-Haves

DB architecture expertise (schema/indexing/normalization/scaling)
