We are seeking an experienced business development professional with an established network in the Indian construction and infrastructure sector to identify and engage qualified contractors for upcoming projects.
This opportunity is best suited to professionals who already have strong relationships with construction companies, EPC firms, and infrastructure contractors and can facilitate high-value business introductions.
Successful consultants may have the opportunity to work with us on future projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified construction, civil, EPC, and infrastructure contractors across India.
- Leverage relationships with company owners, directors, business development heads, and other senior decision-makers.
- Introduce suitable contractors and facilitate discussions throughout the engagement process.
- Support the successful engagement of contractors for project execution.
- Maintain professional relationships with contractors throughout the engagement process.
Minimum Contractor Requirements
Contractors introduced should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience.
- Annual turnover of ₹20 crore or above.
- Positive net worth.
- Demonstrated capability to undertake projects valued at approximately ₹20 crore or above.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or EPC projects.
- Ability to satisfy project qualification requirements.
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, contractor sourcing, procurement, tendering, business development, or related industries.
- An established network within the Indian construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented.
Compensation
Compensation will be performance-oriented and may include a combination of a professional retainer and success-based incentives, depending on the candidate’s experience, network, and scope of engagement.
