Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Panel Bender Operator to operate and maintain CNC Panel Bending Machines for our Sheet Metal Almirah Manufacturing Plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal bending operations and be capable of producing components as per engineering drawings while maintaining quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Panel Bending Machine safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and production work orders.
- Set up the machine and adjust tooling as per job requirements.
- Produce sheet metal components within specified tolerances.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure product quality.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience operating CNC Panel Bender Machines.
- Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and bending processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and quality inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Steel Almirah, Sheet Metal Furniture, Engineering, or Fabrication Industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
