We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to prepare Chinese dishes for our PG hostel residents. The candidate should be able to cook tasty and hygienic food in bulk and manage the kitchen efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, gravies, and other Chinese items.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage basic kitchen operations and ingredients.
- Prepare meals on time for hostel residents.
Requirements:
- Experience in cooking Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to cook for multiple people (PG residents).
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Hardworking and reliable.
