Job Brief
We are looking for a professional and vigilant Security Guard to undertake the surveillance of our premises and the protection of our staff and assets. You will be responsible for detecting suspicious behavior, preventing vandalism or theft, and enforcing facility rules. The ideal candidate possesses excellent observation skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a strong sense of authority and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol regularly: Circulate throughout the premises to maintain order and establish a visible security presence.
- Control access: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and issue visitor badges.
- Monitor surveillance: Watch CCTV video feeds continuously to spot disruptions or unauthorized activities.
- Secure openings: Inspect and lock all doors, windows, and gates at the end of operations.
- Respond to alarms: Investigate disturbances and respond swiftly to emergency situations.
- Evict trespassers: Remove unauthorized individuals or wrongdoers from the property following company legal protocols.
- Write incident reports: Document daily activities, irregularities, property damage, or theft in a clear written format.
- Coordinate emergency services: Call and guide police, fire departments, or medical personnel when necessary.
- Provide assistance: Greet and guide employees, clients, or visitors to foster a welcoming but secure environment.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience: Working experience as a Security Guard or in a relevant field is preferred.
- Valid security license: Possession of a registered security guard license or certification.
- Physical fitness: Ability to walk, stand, or patrol for extended hours in varying weather conditions.
- Tech proficiency: Familiarity with surveillance systems, two-way radios, and digital reporting tools.
- First aid skills: Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle public relations and official reporting.
- De-escalation abilities: Sharp problem-solving skills to manage conflict and diffuse high-pressure scenarios calmly.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Clean background: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
