Splendid Home is a premium luxury interiors brand specializing in Luxury Entrance Doors, Luxury Italian Wardrobes, Bespoke Lighting & Chandeliers and Curated Murano Glass Sculptures.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Brand & Communications Designer to help build and elevate the Splendid Home brand across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and execute creative marketing ideas aligned with the Splendid Home brand.
- Plan and conceptualise social media campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Create content calendars and oversee timely execution across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with our external marketing agency and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, quality, and timelines.
- Review, track, and provide feedback on creatives, videos, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Create compelling brand stories and content for social media, websites, brochures, exhibitions, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Stay updated with luxury design trends, premium lifestyle branding, social media trends, and emerging marketing practices.
- Assist in planning exhibitions, product launches, photoshoots, video shoots, and promotional events.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communication, messaging, and brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in branding, social media, luxury marketing, creative strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, premium consumer behaviour, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly creative with strong conceptual thinking and idea-generation abilities.
- Experience working with creative agencies or managing external marketing partners.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; knowledge of Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and current digital marketing trends.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing branding, social media, graphic design, or communication design work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
