Job Title- Oracle Fusion R2R and C2C Functional Consultant
Location- Bengaluru
mode- WFO Must 3 days Mon to Wed
Role Summary
We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with good expertise in RecordtoReport R2R and CustomertoCash C2C processes The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with a strong understanding of global finance operations solution design and integration strategies
R2R Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance R2R solutions
Should be able to configure and test modules such as General Ledger Cash Management Fixed Assets Receivables and SLA
Conduct solution design workshops and stakeholder sessions
Drive data migration and integration strategies
Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and localization eg EMEA
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstreamdownstream systems
C2C Responsibilities
Analyse and optimize Order Management Receivables Collections and Revenue Recognition processes
Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support endtoend C2C workflows
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs
Support automation initiatives and process improvements across the C2C cycle
Provide training and documentation for endusers and support teams
Required Skills Qualifications
8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations
Strong functional knowledge of R2R and C2C modules
Experience with global rollouts multientity setups and localizations
Handson experience in data migration integration and customization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Oracle Fusion Functional Certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Finance implementation cycles
Background in Finance Accounting
Mandatory experince-
1.GL scenarios, accounting entries and COA
2.Oracle Fusion Financials
3.functional experience in P2P (Accounts Payable/ Accounting entries) and R2R (GL, Cash Mgmt, Netting)
4.in AP, PO, SCF(basic understanding if not they had worked on it), Payments, and Netting
5.Should be able to explain key payment methods, payment formats, netting configurations, and refund processing scenarios
6.Should be able to liaise with business and talk the business language
7.Exposure to SQL/PL-SQL
