Trouble shoot Hardware issue, Networking Issues, Firewall, Manage IT Infra, Backup Tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Quick understanding of technical issues.
2. Good Written and verbal communication Skills ( English / Hindi / Marathi )
3. Should able to coordinate with Vendor / customer IT team.
4. OS (Windows Client and Server) installation.
5. MS Visual studio, SQL Server database installation.
6. Outlook configuration.
7. Hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and assembling.
8. Conducting regular system audits.
9. Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
10. Different software, hardware, printer installation.
11. Take Regular Backup using NAS Device
12. Firewall Update / Antivirus update
13. Windows Patch update , IIS Trouble shooting
14. Server / Client Performance Monitoring
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
