Job Summary:
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and wiring while ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, lighting, and control systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing instruments and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and VFDs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (preferred).
Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC basics, motors, and control panels.
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Mechanical Technician Job Description (JD)
Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical equipment to ensure reliable plant operations and minimize equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Install, inspect, and repair pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and rotating equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Conduct equipment alignment, lubrication, and routine inspections.
- Replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts records.
- Support equipment improvement and reliability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance (preferred).
Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
