About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, coordination, and reporting activities for industrial furnace manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong engineering knowledge along with management and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
· Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients for smooth project flow
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates
· Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
· Support manufacturing and engineering teams during project execution
· Handle communication and follow-ups with stakeholders
· Maintain project records and MIS reports
· Assist in resource planning and coordination activities
Required Skills
· Knowledge of project coordination and execution processes
· Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design and manufacturing tools
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently
· Proficiency in MS Office and project-related documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Mechanical Engineer with MBA qualification
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Experience in manufacturing or industrial projects preferred
· Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking
· Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
