Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintenance Support:
- Assist in routine and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues with electrical components.
- Support senior engineers in carrying out maintenance schedules and repairing faulty equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, relocation and modifications.
- Ensure proper functioning of interlocks, safety circuits and machine controls.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Aid in diagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions. Work with team members to repair or replace defective electrical parts.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Prepare breakdown reports, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action reports.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise indents for critical electrical components.
Equipment Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
- Record and report any anomalies or malfunctions to the senior maintenance team.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical maintenance techniques and industry standards.
Education: BE/ BTech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ related field (Mandatory).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical equipment and components preferably in Manufacturing and working with PLCs, AC Drives and SPM is preferable. Should be good in English and have good technical knowledge.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
