We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sr. Sales Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and help expand the company’s business presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Explain Netcradus services and solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales records and CRM updates
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Understand customer business requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Support company growth and business development activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities
- Confidence in client handling and lead generation
- Basic understanding of IT, software, or cybersecurity services preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
