About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with business owners and entrepreneurs interested in trademark registration. You will explain our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with our consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company (No cold calling)
- Explain trademark registration services clearly and professionally
- Understand customer requirements and answer customer queries
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Schedule appointments for the consultant
- Update lead details in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory
