Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual soldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, and PCBs.
- Read and understand work instructions, drawings, and assembly specifications.
- Ensure proper soldering quality and avoid defects such as dry joints, solder bridges, or loose connections.
- Inspect soldered components visually for quality and accuracy.
- Operate soldering equipment safely and maintain the workstation.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures where applicable.
- Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality problems to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Follow company policies, safety rules, and production procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
