Platform Management: Actively manage company profiles on Upwork and Guru, Apollo to
find high-quality projects
Client Meetings: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their brand's
needs and present our agency’s solutions.
Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
How Much Deals Closed?
Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to help The One Branding
expand its market presence.
Proposal Creation: Draft and present professional business proposals and quotations tailored
to the client’s requirements.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to
encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and what competitors are doing to keep our
services competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or
Marketing (IT Company experience is a plus).
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and
Gujarati).
● Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and hit targets without
constant supervision.
● Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market in Anand and nearby
business hubs.
