Location: Sec 9, Faridabad
Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition: Forecasting and hiring the right mix of project managers, engineers, supervisors, and skilled/unskilled laborers to meet project deadlines.
- Compliance & Safety: Navigating strict statutory requirements—such as labor laws, Employee State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund (PF), and mandated on-site safety standards.
- Payroll & Attendance: Managing time-tracking and shift planning across multiple project sites and processing accurate monthly payrolls.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Handling on-site grievances, enforcing the code of conduct, and ensuring adequate welfare facilities (e.g., housing, hydration, medical aid) for contract worker
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
