Position Summary
Aurika Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land and construction surveys for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, layout marking, topographical surveys, boundary verification, and ensuring accurate survey data for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Survey & Layout Activities
- Conduct topographical, contour, and boundary surveys for project sites.
- Establish benchmarks, control points, and reference levels.
- Perform site layout marking as per approved drawings.
- Carry out centreline marking, grid layout, excavation marking, and foundation setting-out activities.
- Verify site dimensions and levels before commencement of construction activities.
Construction Surveying
- Ensure accurate positioning of structures, roads, utilities, and infrastructure works.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports.
- Monitor verticality, alignment, and levels during project execution.
- Coordinate with project engineers to ensure layout accuracy.
Data Management & Documentation
- Prepare survey drawings, reports, and records.
- Maintain survey logs, benchmark registers, and site measurement records.
- Interpret survey data and prepare contour maps and layout plans.
- Ensure all survey data is properly documented and updated.
Equipment Handling
- Operate and maintain Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of surveying equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with vendors for servicing when required.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Verify land boundaries and resolve site-related measurement discrepancies.
- Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Support project planning and execution teams with accurate survey information.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Land Surveying will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying for residential, commercial, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and GPS equipment is mandatory.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
