We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to manage end-user support, hardware maintenance, networking, and surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations by providing timely troubleshooting, system upgrades, and infrastructure support.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace hardware components for desktops and laptops.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Install and manage antivirus software to maintain endpoint security.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot office peripherals such as printers and scanners.
Set up and support meeting applications and ticketing tools.
Provide technical assistance to end users and resolve issues efficiently.
Perform LAN cable crimping, punching, and testing.
Provide basic networking support including ADSL routing and switching.
Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
Monitor ISP links and ensure stable internet connectivity.
Monitor and maintain CCTV IP camera systems.
Ensure proper functioning of surveillance infrastructure and network integration.
Proven experience in desktop support or IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Familiarity with IP cameras, antivirus software, and remote support tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
