Job Description
A. Role Summary:
· Support sales team and branch/branches for achieving right penetration and business results in mapped sales vertical through effective execution and training of sales force
- Prepare training calendar in consultation with the stake holders and supervisor
- Conduct specified man days of training
- Ensuring that the sales team is inducted, skilled and positioned to respond to the business needs
- Timely induction and completion of all structured interventions for mapped employees and agents
- Conduct regular training need analysis to understand the training gaps.
- Align with the training need of internal and external customers and design and implement solutions through classroom training and other field interventions in consultation with supervisor, UH/OH/RH
- Tracking online training and other compliance trainings of mapped employees
- Provide feedback to HO team in design and execution of sales support tools that positively impact business.
- Timely publish MIS, dashboard, Training Calendar and Training reports
B. Skills Required:
Technical
- ID methodology of classroom training
- Good written and spoken English
- Basics Financial mathematics calculation
- Experience in Financial / Life Insurance Industry

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
