Abybaby Events Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Event Executives for multiple locations across South India. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and career-oriented candidates who can manage on-ground operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and local teams
- Supervise workforce and maintain discipline
- Support client visits and operational reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of projects and timelines
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic English communication skills required
- Fluent in Tamil for Tamil Nadu locations
- Fluent in Telugu for Andhra Pradesh locations
- Fluent in Marathi for Maharashtra locations
- Strong coordination and people management skills
- Willing to relocate as per business requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred
