Job Title: Team Lead
Job Purpose:
This role involves managing a group of Immigration Counselors and designing tasks to enhance team functioning, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the success of Immigration Counselors through guidance and support.
- Analyze the team’s performance.
- Provide the team with training and support to foster their development.
- Identify and resolve customer challenges.
- Oversee that the team's operations align with the company's and immigration's standard operating procedures.
- Analyze team performance and provide reports.
- Conduct team briefings and evaluations.
- Partner with the management team to provide process enhancements that will increase customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Team lead, counseling, sales, or customer service experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
- Excellent ability to discern and resolve issues quickly is required. Ability to manage time and work to deadlines is essential.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM software is required.
- Immigration or overseas education consulting is an advantage.
