Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area at our real estate site office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the concerned department.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings for prospective customers.
- Maintain reception area, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Support the sales team with basic administrative and coordination tasks.
- Manage courier, mail, and office correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and daily reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing Roles.
- Strong customer service orientation and coordination skills.
