We are looking for a customer-centric and energetic Waiter / F&B Service Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating, and present menus. Order Management: Present daily specials, answer questions regarding food preparation, ingredients, or potential allergens, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and at the correct temperature, ensuring high-quality presentation. Table Maintenance: Clear tables, pre-bus dishes during the meal, and clean/reset tables promptly after guests depart. Billing & Transactions: Prepare accurate guest bills, process cash or card payments, and handle cash register transactions. Upselling: Recommend appetizers, desserts, or specific beverages to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales. Compliance & Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. Maintain a clean uniform and pristine personal grooming.
