Senior PPC Engineer – Job Description
Position Overview:
The Senior PPC Engineer will be responsible for production planning and control activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership in coordinating cross‑functional teams, and expertise in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with purchase and stores.
- Optimize manpower allocation and machine utilization.
- Track work‑in‑progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare MIS reports and present production status to management.
- Mentor junior PPC engineers and trainees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in PPC within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
