Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities associated with Customs Documentation and related formalities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Roles and Responsibilities
- Verify documents received from client coordinators.
- Work with client coordinators in case of any query related to documents.
- Prepare job as per the documents
- Verify the document checklist to ensure all documents are received
- Maintaining job records
- Preparation of documents like E-Sanchit, checklist preparation etc.
- Logisys software knowledge added advantage.
Requirements
- Experience with Export &Import documentation knowledge
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Additional diploma in Export-Import Management preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in documentation profile.
- Notice Period: 15 days to 1 month max
- Commitment: 1 year
