We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Secretary to the Managing Director who will support the MD in managing day-to-day business activities and coordinating the overall operations of businesses under the MD's leadership.
The role involves executive assistance, business coordination, follow-up, reporting, administration, and monitoring of operational activities across different business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and business communications.
- Coordinate and follow up on the overall operations of businesses under the MD.
- Monitor daily activities of different departments and business units and report important updates to the MD.
- Coordinate with managers, department heads, staff, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, PMS reports, and management updates.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the MD and ensure timely completion.
- Track important business decisions, pending activities, deadlines, and action points.
- Attend management meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and monitor implementation of decisions.
- Assist the MD in business planning, operational reviews, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Collect and analyze basic operational, sales, financial, HR, and performance information for management review.
- Maintain confidential company documents, records, and management information.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify operational issues and escalate important matters to the MD.
- Monitoring employee performance, sales activities, projects, and business targets.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business proposals, reports, and other management documents.
- Handle official correspondence, emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD when required.
- Ensure that instructions and priorities given by the MD are communicated and followed up appropriately.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA / Business Administration preferred.
- Experience in executive assistance, business operations, administration, or management coordination will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong business coordination and management skills are preferred.
- Should be willing to work closely with the MD and take responsibility for coordinating multiple business activities.
Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
