Job Summary:
Premier Aircon is seeking a dedicated and technically sound HVAC Senior Project Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle HVAC site execution, installation activities, and overall project supervision. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site operations while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- HVAC low side duct installation and insulation works.
- HVAC air terminals installation.
- VRF system installation and commissioning coordination.
- Labour management at site and allocation of daily activities.
- Materials management including receipt, tracking, and control.
- Overall HVAC site supervision with strict safety measures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Handle project documentation, billing support, and progress reporting.
- Resolve technical issues at site efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducting, AHU, FCU).
- Good understanding of ducting installation and insulation works.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong site handling and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹354,246.23 - ₹1,340,116.91 per year
