About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in IT Hardware procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing IT hardware products, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement of IT hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, storage devices, peripherals, and related accessories.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements and approvals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Resolve issues related to supply, quality, delivery, and payment coordination.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and market trends.
- Vendor negotiation and commercial handling skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and purchase documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase management systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Management, IT, or related field).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Hardware purchase/procurement.
- Experience in handling multiple vendors and IT hardware procurement cycles is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Ghaziabad will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,867.60 - ₹60,000.00 per month
