Senior Backend Engineer — Python (Distributed Systems)

We are hiring a senior Python engineer with strong API and distributed systems experience for a backend role focused on services and runtime.
Must have:
- Python 3.11+, FastAPI, asyncio.
- NATS or equivalent messaging system (JetStream a plus).
- Redis — pub/sub, state, key-space design.
- OAuth 2.0 / OIDC; Zitadel, Keycloak, or Auth0 in production.
- OpenAPI 3.x, REST versioning.
- Docker, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry observability.
Good to have: BDD testing (behave, pytest-bdd), benchmarking discipline.
