Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels for fast-moving components (filters, brakes, suspensions).
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits to prevent discrepancies and reduce part obsolescence.
- Oversee warehouse organization, storage, and safe issuance of parts.
2. Procurement & Sourcing
- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and local vendors to order and track shipments.
- Identify and source alternative, high-quality aftermarket suppliers when needed.
- Negotiate pricing, track delivery timelines, and manage supply chain bottlenecks.
3. Sales & Customer Service
- Serve walk-in customers, workshop mechanics, and fleet operators by interpreting technical catalogs to identify the exact parts required.
- Assist in both counter and field sales to drive revenue targets for parts.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding warranty claims and part compatibility.
Pay: ₹15,075.81 - ₹22,509.61 per month
