Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits and collections for overdue accounts. The role involves meeting customers, collecting payments, resolving payment-related issues, and maintaining accurate records while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at assigned locations for payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue EMI, loan, or credit accounts.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options to customers.
- Negotiate and arrange repayment schedules when applicable.
- Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
- Maintain daily visit reports and collection records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with branch and collection teams regarding account status.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
