Role Overview:
The Student Finance Support Executive will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams,partner institutions, NBFCs/Banks, and students to facilitate educational loan processing, disbursement tracking, and grievance resolution. The role requires ensuring seamless execution of student financing processes from onboarding to final loan disbursement and payment reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with Partner Institutions, NBFCs/Banks, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution of student financing initiatives.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and implementation of partner collaborations.
2. Student Funding Operations
- Manage application processing, document status tracking, and partner coordination.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and timely completion of processes.
3. Student Guidance & Grievance Resolution
- Guide students on financing options, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, andapplication procedures.
- Address student queries and grievances by coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timelyresolution.
4. Reporting & Reconciliations
- Maintain records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate payment reconciliation with relevantstakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- BBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA).
- 1–4 years of experience in Student Finance, Educational Loan Operations, Banking/NBFC Coordination, or related fields.
