Job Title: Store Executive
Location: Faridabad
Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A,M.COM.,Diploma/Degree in Material Management.
Experience: 5–7 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Fabrication / Sheet Metal Industry
Salary - 4 LPA -6 LPA
1. Material Receipt & Verification
- Inward Inspection: Receive all incoming materials delivered to the facility.
- Verification: Verify the quantity, physical condition, and specifications of items received against approved Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Challans (DC) in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure materials undergo proper inspection before being formally accepted into the active inventory
- Discrepancy Reporting: Promptly raise Material Rejection Notes or shortage reports in case of transit damage, quality issues, or incorrect quantities from vendors.
2. Storage & Inventory Management
- Layout: Systematically organize, label, and safely store items based on their category, safety requirements, and frequency of use to enable quick access.
- Inventory Control: Implement standard inventory practices, ensuring strict compliance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodology to prevent material obsolescence.
- Stock Tracking: Maintain optimal stock threshold levels (Minimum/Maximum/Reorder points) to proactively prevent material stock-outs or excessive overstocking.
3. Material Issuance & Indents
- Authorization Check: Issue materials, spare parts, or tools to various internal departments (Production, Maintenance, Projects) only against approved material indents or authorized requisition slips.
- Real-time Updates: Instantly log and update outward stock details in the inventory management software immediately upon issuance.
4. Bookkeeping, Documentation & ERP
- Accurate Records: Maintain clean, error-free stock registers for every single inward and outward transaction using tally prime.
- Document Control: Methodically file and store all supporting paperwork, including bills, delivery challans, gate passes, QA inspection reports, and store requisitions.
- Accounts Coordination: Routinely share and reconcile inward data and verified supplier bills with the Accounts Department for smooth invoice processing.
- Stock Physical verifications: Lead periodic physical stock verification, cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Inventory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of inventory control, material handling, store accounting, and traceability concepts.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Tally Prime and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Education: Graduate Degree in any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts) or a Diploma/Degree in Material Management.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven work experience in managing store operations (prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or heavy machinery industries is highly preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
