About Position:
The IAM/IGA Architect will be responsible for designing, leading, and governing enterprisescale Identity and Access Management solutions. This role involves defining architecture, driving IAM strategy, ensuring security and compliance, and working closely with business, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable IGA implementations.

- Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, ERP (SAP), cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Provide architectural guidance for RBAC/ABAC models, entitlement design, and access policies.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, PCIDSS, ISO 27001).
- Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex IAM issues and design decisions.
- Collaborate with PMs, customers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
- Review solution designs, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support proposal responses, estimations, and solutioning for new IAM initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Experience810 years of experience in Identity Access Management / Identity Governance.
- Strong handson and architectural experience with Saviynt and/or Sail

- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML).
- Experience working with cloud IAM (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM, GCP IAM preferred).
- Proven work experience in proposal development and endtoend solutioning, including effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Certifications: Saviynt L100/L200, Sail
- Point Implementation/Architect, CISSP, Azure Security
- Exposure to Zero Trust and modern IAM architectures
- Experience in managed services and large transformation programs
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
