Fundraising Head, Full-Time NGO Job
Lead fundraising strategy, donor relationships & CSR resource mobilisation for Hamari Pahchan. A senior nonprofit fundraising & development job focused on long-term financial sustainability and social impact.
- Lead annual fundraising planning to achieve income targets across all revenue streams
- Identify new income streams & manage a growing prospective donor pipeline
- Manage & mentor an effective fundraising team to meet set targets
- Conceptualise fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding initiatives & donor engagement activities
- Build partnerships with corporates, foundations, educational institutions & philanthropists
- Ensure timely donor reports, utilisation certificates & compliance documents
Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Communications, Public Policy or related field
- 1-2 years of fundraising experience preferred; leadership experience a plus
- Strong communication, proposal writing, networking & negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of the charity & nonprofit sector
