- Understanding Hiring Requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job openings.
- Prepare job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Sourcing Candidates
- Search candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback.
- Candidate Management
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide updates on application status.
- Offer & Joining Process
- Negotiate salary and employment terms.
- Release offer letters and follow up for acceptance.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain recruitment records and databases.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
