Job Title: Senior Production Executive

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Ensure on-time delivery as per dispatch commitments
- Monitor production targets and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and stores teams
Shop Floor Management
- Supervise production team and operators
- Allocate manpower efficiently
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity
- Ensure discipline and safety compliance on shop floor
Quality Control & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage
- Implement lean practices / 5S methodology
Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor raw material availability
- Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement
- Reduce excess inventory and control material wastage
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production reports and MIS
- Track KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, rejection rate
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and industrial standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Production planning and scheduling expertise
- Good understanding of quality systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems (if applicable)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Additional certification in Lean / Six Sigma is an advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering industry
- Experience in handling a team of 10–25 workers
- Strong shop-floor control and execution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
