Job Description: Tender Executive
Experience Required: 2-4Years
Key Requirement: Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, the gov tender portal & tender documentation.
We are hiring a Senior Tender Executive responsible for managing the complete tendering process, ensuring accurate documentation, and handling GeM portal activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Review tender eligibility, scope, and requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bids.
- Manage GeM Portal activities: bidding, catalogue updates, order handling, and compliance.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and meet tender specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, management) for required inputs.
- Track tender deadlines, amendments, clarifications, and submission schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and tender trackers.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities for tender-related queries.
- Ensure timely renewal of certificates and registrations needed for bidding.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in tendering or bid management.
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal operations.
- Excellent documentation, drafting, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to analyse tender documents and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with other e-procurement portals is an added advantage.
