Experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in consultancy, corporate office, legal firm, engineering firm, or real estate office preferred.
Skills Required
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and document management.
