ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled and versatile CRM & Web Platform Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in maintaining, customising, and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, alongside strong capabilities in Shopify e-commerce development and WordPress website management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences and ensure our platforms remain performant, up to date, and aligned with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise / Online) modules, workflows, and plugins
- Design and implement custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
- Integrate CRM with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms) via REST/SOAP APIs
- Write and maintain server-side code using C# and client-side logic using JavaScript / TypeScript
- Perform regular updates, patch management, and version upgrades for the CRM environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Shopify Development
- Build and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop and integrate Shopify apps and third-party plugins to extend store functionality
- Manage product catalogues, collections, metafields, and storefront customisations
- Optimise store performance, page speed, and SEO for improved conversion rates
- Set up and manage Shopify Plus features, including checkout customisation and automation flows
- Integrate Shopify with CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms via APIs and webhooks
WordPress Development
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Configure and extend popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg) as required
- Manage WordPress multisite installations, user roles, and permissions
- Ensure website security, perform regular updates, and implement backup strategies
- Integrate WordPress with third-party services, including CRMs, analytics, and payment gateways
- Optimise websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility standards
General
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and integrations
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support and incident resolution
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of hands-on development experience across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Shopify, and WordPress
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Liquid templating (Shopify), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and REST APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of database design, SQL Server, and data migration best practices
- Knowledge of web performance optimisation, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with Shopify Plus and Shopify Functions / Extensions
- Familiarity with headless CMS/commerce architectures (Next.js, Hydrogen)
- Exposure to Azure services (Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and marketing automation tools
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
