We are hiring for the position of Housekeeping Training Manager for our operations.
Job Details:
- Experience Required: 3 to 10 Years in Housekeeping Training/Operations
- Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month [Based on Experience]
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Notice Period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct housekeeping training programs for staff as per SOPs and client requirements
2. Develop training modules, manuals, and assessment tools
3. Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards
4. Train team on new equipment, chemicals, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Trainer/Manager in Hotels, Hospitals, Corporate, or Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of HK operations, cleaning methods, and QA standards
- Good communication and presentation skills
