- Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain stock inventory records, monitor usage, and report shortages.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of basic office records (physical and digital).
- Handle billing processes, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and following up as needed.
- Operate basic computer software (MS Office, email, and internal systems) efficiently for day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office materials and services.
- Support office management in organizing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office calendars.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
