Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing system capabilities to support evolving business objectives. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications within the broader technology ecosystem.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
- Strong experience in application design and development within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP MII applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data exchange between SAP MII and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP MII applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
- SAP MII Consultant with hands-on experience in incident management, production support, and project/enhancement delivery. The candidate should be capable of handling critical production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and providing timely technical solutions while ensuring adherence to project timelines and SLAs. A strong understanding of SAP MII, including transaction development, integrations, and troubleshooting, is essential, while knowledge of SAP UI5 will be an added advantage.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
