Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and QA.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
