- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Coordinating & Compiling Daily Submission of all reports by the departments heads
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
