Job Description for Technical Trainer Profile:-
* Prepare training schedules and agendas.
* Give Induction to new Joiners.
* Prepare training materials(presentation, worksheets, schedules, etc).
* Give training to all new joiners.
* Grievance Handling
* Coordinate with trainer for training to be conducted on time.
* Update all MIS Tracker.
* Plan general training for employees
* Training need analysis
* Raise training as per need
* Planning for training
* Management and Technical interaction
* Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements.
* Evaluate employees and identifies areas needing improvements.
Qualification: B.Tech - EC/ ME
Location: 24-25 Sinhasa IT Park, Dhar Road, Indore (M.P.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.99 - ₹18,167.72 per month
