As an Admission & Visa Executive, your role is to manage the end-to-end admission and visa process for students applying to European countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Malta, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and other European Countries. This is not a sales or counselling role. This is a research-driven, documentation-heavy execution role focused on
identifying the right universities — especially public universities — and ensuring accurate admission and visa processing. You will be responsible for:
- Shortlisting suitable countries and universities based on student profile • Understanding and matching eligibility requirements (academics, credits, MOI, backlog tolerance, etc.) • Handling complete admission application processes • Preparing and managing visa documentation as per country requirements • Conducting deep research on program requirements, deadlines, and admission pathways • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in submissions A strong understanding of:
- Entry requirements across EU universities • Public university admission processes • Grade conversions / credit relevance • Documentation expectations is essential. Prior hands-on experience in handling European admission applications is highly preferred. The core objective of your role: 1. Identify the right opportunity for the student
