Job Title: Executive Assistant / Manager to Director (CA - Audit Specialization)Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and sharp Chartered Accountant (CA) to serve as a strategic technical assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate must possess a strong audit mindset—meaning you naturally look for discrepancies, question assumptions, evaluate risks, and ensure absolute compliance and process efficiency across all business operations.
In this role, you will act as the Director’s financial radar, translating complex audit data and operational metrics into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Director’s Technical Ally: Review financial statements, audit reports, and operational workflows to brief the Director on critical risks, process gaps, and areas for cost optimization.
- Internal Controls & Risk Management: Evaluate existing internal control systems, identify vulnerabilities, and design robust frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure the organization is fully compliant with all statutory regulations, accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), and tax laws before reports reach the Director's desk.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare concise executive summaries, risk assessment reports, and analytical dashboards for the Director’s review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).(CA INTER PASS ALSO CONSIDERABLE)
- Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong background in Statutory/Internal Audit from a reputed firm.
- The "Audit Mindset": Exceptional attention to detail, a healthy skepticism, data-driven critical thinking, and the ability to spot anomalies that others miss.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial findings into simple, strategic points for executive decision-making.
- Tools: High proficiency in advanced MS Excel, ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), and data analytics tools.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
