Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Interior Design & Fit-Out Industry
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA + Performance Incentives
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base within the Interior Design and Fit-Out sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure seamless project handover and coordination with internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Outs, Furniture, Modular Kitchens, Building Materials, Home Décor, Architecture, Construction, Lighting, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Existing network with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients will be an added advantage.
